Dr. Sheetal R Manmode, DDS
With nearly 20 years in dentistry, Dr. Sheetal R. Manmode brings deep knowledge, skill, and heartfelt care to every patient she sees. She earned her DDS from the prestigious Howard University, building on an MDS in Oral Pathology and a DDS from India. Her journey has been rich and diverse, spanning research, teaching, and caring for patients of all ages, including children, seniors, and those with special needs. She’s known for her patience, empathy, and a personal touch that puts everyone at ease. Dr. Manmode offers a full range of treatments, including Invisalign, implants, extractions, dentures, crowns, root canals, cosmetic and emergency care, and sleep apnea treatment. A lifelong learner and avid reader, she stays current with the latest dental advances to ensure her patients always receive the best possible care. Calm, composed, and gentle by nature, Dr. Manmode is especially gifted at easing anxious patients and creating a space of trust and comfort. Her long-time patients value her clinical precision just as much as her warmth. Outside the office, she enjoys painting, music, and peaceful walks on the beach. She cherishes time with her husband and two children, embracing a life full of both professional passion and family joy.

Ethan Danque is the Junior Head of Technology at Dental World, combining hands-on experience with a strong academic foundation from both UCF and FSU. He plays a key role in investigating and integrating new technologies to keep our systems efficient and future-ready. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, collecting and playing trading card games, and developing indie games as personal passion projects..
Abi
Hygienist
Abi is a registered dental hygienist with 12 years of experience in dentistry and a background as a foreign-trained dentist. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their best oral health. Known for her warm and caring approach, Abi is committed to making every dental visit a positive and comfortable experience. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring local theme parks with them.

Hygienist
Stephanie is a dedicated Dental Hygienist with over 35 years of experience helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Known for her gentle touch and genuine connection with patients, she brings both skill and heart to every appointment. Stephanie believes that trust and comfort are just as important as clean teeth. Outside the office, she enjoys relaxing with her family and doting on her beloved pets. Her calm, caring nature makes every visit feel like catching up with an old friend.

Dental Assistant
Taylor is an experienced EFDA-certified dental assistant with seven years in the field, passionate about providing comfortable, high-quality dental care. When she's not assisting patients, she enjoys relaxing at home with her cat and exploring new coffee shops around town.
Carlos
Carlos Dental Assistant
Dental Assistant Carlos Alvarez is an EFDA-certified dental assistant with three years of experience, dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality tooth replacement solutions. Outside the dental office, Carlos is an avid bodybuilder and a professional wrestler with WWE NXT. When he's not helping patients, you'll likely find him in the gym or training in the ring.

Insurance Coordinator
Hiam brings over a decade of well-rounded dental experience, having served as a lead dental assistant for three years and an office manager for five. Now working as an insurance coordinator and treatment planner, her in-depth understanding of both clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry allows her to create clear, personalized treatment plans that truly meet each patient’s needs. Outside of work, Hiam enjoys spending time with her two children and unwinding at the beach.
Carlton
Primary Lab Tech
Carlton Laing is a highly skilled Dental Technician with over 40 years of experience in crafting dental prosthetics, from dentures to cosmetic appliances. Based in Clermont, Florida, Carlton has led dental labs across Florida, New York, and Jamaica. He holds degrees in Fine Arts, Applied Science, and Dental Lab Technology. Carlton combines technical precision with an artistic eye, ensuring both function and aesthetics in every piece. When not in the lab, he enjoys creative pursuits that reflect his passion for design and detail.

Office Manager
Rahul is our dedicated Office Manager with over a decade of experience in operations and patient care. He’s passionate about creating a smooth, anxiety-free experience for every patient who walks through the door. A lifelong learner and avid walker, Rahul enjoys music, travel, and constantly improving in all he does.
